Randstad is currently working with a well-established business who are currently looking for an Assistant Manager with experience primarily in customer service and some exposure to project management in the IT industry.

- Participate in customer service and ensure efficient and effective delivery of exceptional customer experiences
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize customer service workflows.
- Assist in planning and executing various projects for in-house IT products and ensuring timely completion
- Involve in UAT and user training activities
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or related discipline is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or IT helpdesk etc.
- Solid experience in supporting IT products including software and hardware
- With any prior project experience in implementing IT products
- Excellent communication skills and manner; as well as troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English; Mandarin speaking is a plus
